About this list
Seattle's Little Saigon, around South Jackson Street and 12th Avenue South, and the Chinatown-International District have the state's densest run of phở shops, and they spread from there to Tacoma, Everett, Olympia, Vancouver and Spokane. Most serve a numbered menu of phở bowls (rare steak, brisket, tendon, tripe and meatballs, or chicken), plus bún, bánh mì and cơm tấm.
Each shop was looked up in October 2026 against a 2025 or 2026 source, usually its own menu or a dated news story. Phở has to be the point of the menu: a teriyaki counter with one bowl on the board doesn't make it, and places that mix cuisines say so in their note. 22 of the 51 show King County's official food safety rating, as published. Listed by region and town, never ranked.
